Many, many thanks to all of the Kiski cheerleaders, coaches and parents for their hard work in helping the booster organization hold a successful 6th annual cheerleading competition at Kiski High School on Saturday, December 12th. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you!
Parents, Coaches and Cheerleaders: You did a fantastic job in helping us to hold our 6th annual cheerleading competition on Saturday, December 12th. The feedback we received was that it was a successful day.
It took each and every one of you to help us pull this off and the work and commitment you were willing to give was phenomenal.
To the dads/brothers who so bravely worked the parking lot on Saturday – we owe you a hot steaming cup of coffee or hot chocolate. We hope you have warmed up.
To the parents who worked the concession stand and snack table, thank you for doing such a great job. By all accounts, the concession area ran smoothly and we didn’t have much left over.
To the ladies working the tabulation table – Wow! You did an incredible job all day long keeping the tabulations going so we didn’t get behind and you were ready to go with the results when it was time to give the awards.
To the parents and cheerleaders working the vendor, Chinese auction area and the 50/50 raffle, great job. We heard a lot of great comments regarding our vendors and the number of baskets we had in our Chinese auction and our 50/50 raffle had a very nice “purse” for the winner.
To the parents working the concession ticket table and the admissions table, thank you for helping us to manage both of these areas and keep them flowing.
To the coaches running the warm up area, great job keeping the teams moving. We kept on track and you kept the teams moving so we didn’t have a lot of down time with no one performing.
To Coach Kelly and the cheerleaders, who worked on the signs. Wow – great job. We had many, many compliments from the schools on the signs and how great they made our gym look.
To our door monitors, thank you for manning your posts and helping us with crowd control. Your help in controlling the perimeters kept things under control.
To our dads and moms and our cheerleaders who helped with the loading and unloading and rolling and unrolling our mats, thank you, thank you, thank you! This is always the task that causes us the most grief every year.
To our registration desk ladies, great, great job getting everyone registered in a timely manner. You ladies did a terrific job with your organization.
To the parents who provided oversight, helped with money collection and distribution, were trouble shooters when and where we needed you, thank you for being flexible and willing to do whatever needed to be done.
Thank you to everyone who helped set up, clean up and tear down. We did it quickly and efficiently and we were out Friday night and Saturday in record time.
Thank you to the booster officers, coaches and committee chairpersons for your unbelievable commitment to making this competition a success. Each and everyone of you played an important role in making it happen and it would not have happened without your hard work and dedication.
Last, but certainly not least, thank you to each and every one of our cheerleaders. We have received so many, many compliments on what terrific hosts you were on Saturday. Thank you helping with whatever you were asked to do, whether it was escorting, mats, hosting, runners, helping with jump off and tumble off, cleaning up, putting up and tearing down signs, etc. You did a great job and we appreciate your commitment. Great job performing on Saturday and also to Lea Long - great job on the national anthem.
To everyone – you’re the best – thank you!
